Why can’t I transfer photos to my PC?
I’ve been trying to move my photos from my phone to my PC, but it’s just not working. Every time I connect my phone, my computer either doesn’t recognize it or the transfer fails halfway through. I’ve made sure both devices are updated and tried different cables, but the problem persists. I’ve been using the same method in the past without any issues, so I’m really puzzled about what’s going wrong this time. It’s incredibly frustrating because I don’t want to lose my photos and need to back them up on my PC. I’m wondering if there’s something I’m overlooking or if there’s a common issue that others face with this.

Updating device drivers made a difference for me. Go to the Device Manager and look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark, then right-click and select ‘Update driver.’ If it doesn’t work, reinstall the USB drivers, as software conflicts or corrupted drivers can hinder the transfer process.

To ensure the USB connection is secure, try connecting the phone to a different USB port on your PC. Certain ports can malfunction or not provide enough power. Verify if the phone is set to the correct mode for file transfers. For Android, use ‘File Transfer’ or ‘Photo Transfer’ after connecting it to your PC.
