Why is my phone powering off every 2 minutes and there is no haptic feedback?
I’ve encountered a frustrating issue with my phone. It powers off every 2 minutes, no matter what I’m doing, and there’s no haptic feedback whatsoever. This problem is severely affecting my ability to use my phone effectively. I can barely send a text or make a call without it shutting down unexpectedly. The lack of haptic feedback is also concerning because I rely on it for notifications and other important interactions. It feels like something is fundamentally wrong, but I can’t figure out what the exact issue is. I haven’t installed any new apps or dropped my phone recently which could have caused this. This problem has left me annoyed and disconnected from important communications.

Inspect the charging port. Dirt or damage in the charging port can lead to power issues, causing the phone to shut down. Use a can of compressed air or a soft brush to carefully clean out any debris. Also, ensure you are using the original charging cable and adapter, as third-party accessories might be incompatible.

Consider performing a factory reset. If the issue persists and you have tried other solutions, a factory reset might help. Back up your important files and data first, as this process will erase everything on your phone. Resetting it to factory settings can clean up any corrupted files or software issues that might be causing the problem.

Examine your battery health. Sometimes, an aging or malfunctioning battery can cause random shutdowns. You can typically check the battery health in your phone’s settings under the battery section or by using a third-party app. If you find your battery health is poor, replacing it might resolve the issue.
